Raja Traders LLC, trading as Festivals Gifts ("we", "us", "our"), operates festivalsgifts.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number when you place an order or create an account. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Information from other sources: our payment processor may share limited transaction data with us, such as whether a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card used.
